A VERY grateful thank you to the refuse collectors who are very good to a grateful pensioner.
It doesn't hurt to say thank you to people who make life a little easier for us.

I think this pensioner is refering to Street Force, Not Veolia. If I am correct, This was the case where a Street Force worker walking by in Uniform helped the lady struggling with her wheelie bin.
